Rent the Harvest House to host for a special event! We can accommodate upward of 100 people in this space. To book the Harvest House, please email events@hillcreekfarms.com.
- Adult Gatherings
- For adult gatherings, include the finest Auburn wines, available per bottle at the same prices as the Auburn Winery itself. We’ll provide the glasses for a seamless tasting experience.
- Bring your own food
- We welcome guests hosting special events to bring their own food – especially in the afternoons as we do not serve lunch. We just ask that you purchase your soft drinks and apple cider with Hill Creek! Guests are also welcome to purchase our super fresh apple cider donuts (made daily!).
- Clean-up Made Easy
- We kindly just ask that you clean your party materials when the festivities are over. Our dedicated team will take care of cleaning the tables, floors, and bathroom, ensuring a stress-free experience for you.
- Parties for Kids
- Elevate your child’s birthday party by hosting it at Hill Creek Farms! Bring your own cake, balloons, and party materials, and let the little ones explore our exciting playground area, complete with tube slides, Gem Mining activities, and barrel train rides.

- Does Hill Creek Farms supply the tables and chairs?
- Yes! We have tables and Chairs.
- Will Hill Creek Farms supply table clothes and utensils?
- No, that will have to be brought to the farm by the host
- How many seats can the Harvest House accommodate?
- We can accommodate 100 guest indoors, and another 50 people if a tent is rented for outdoors.
- Does the Harvest House have a bathroom?
- No, but we will have the Market open and you and your guest may use the facilities there.
- Does the Harvest House offer climate control (heat/air conditioning)
- Unfortunately, no.
- When can I rent the Harvest House?
- It can be rented between April 15th through November 15th.
- Can we bring our own food?
- Yes, you will bring your own food. Or we can cater the event through our affiliation with Haddon Culinary out of Collingswood, NJ.
- Can we schedule an appointment to come see the Harvest House in person?

Kids Birthday Parties

To make the party even more magical, Mr. Apple can make a surprise appearance! For an unforgettable adventure, take the kids on a hayride to the Orchards or pumpkin patch for U-Picking.
