A terrific barn construction company, Maple Grove Construction, built the barn you see pictured here for us. (For those interested in dimensions, the plans below are of our barn.)
In the years to come The Hill Creek barn will house our bakery, cider press and a spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. We'll also have fresh fruit and vegetables for sale and an open-air space, overlooking the pond, for picnic lunches. However, due to the difficulties Mother Nature sent our way over the past months, we are delaying the opening of the market until the 2010 season.

The farm will be open six days a week, every week during apple picking season:
Tuesday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Closed Mondays
